Sales Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our national sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing national sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Manage and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our brand.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in the building materials sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to travel extensively, with a valid driver's license and a willingness to work flexible hours.
