Job Description

This role involves producing efficient staff rotas using a computer-based roster system, ensuring all records and rotas are up-to-date and compliant with the organization's policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating rota schedules in advance, working closely with the Home Care agency to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rota Scheduling: Use a computer-based roster system to create efficient and compliant rotas.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure all records and rotas are up-to-date and compliant with organizational policies.
What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have experience working with computer-based roster systems and be familiar with organizational policies and procedures.
