As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting young individuals with their daily lives, offering guidance and ensuring their well-being. This includes providing day-to-day care and support, fostering a safe and nurturing environment, and assisting with daily activities.
">The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with young people, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and empathy, patience, and a nurturing approach to support young individuals' emotional and social needs.
">- Key responsibilities include implementing individual care plans tailored to each young person's needs, supporting young people in developing life skills and achieving personal goals, and collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
