Staff Nurse (RMN) Opportunity

Willing Care Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RMN) to join our client's growing Nursing team in Wythenshawe, Manchester. As a Staff Nurse (RMN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents with dementia and other mental health needs.

About the Role

As a Staff Nurse (RMN), your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the care, welfare, and safety of all residents is maintained at the highest possible standard.
  • Creating individualized care plans for residents.
  • Updating care plans daily.
  • Liaising effectively with external suppliers and healthcare providers.
  • Monitoring and developing the performance of care staff.
  • Ensuring effective rotas are in place.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN).
  • A valid UK NMC Pin.
  • A clear DBS.
