Learning and Development Specialist

At Prospero Teaching, we are seeking an experienced SEN Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality tuition to Key Stage 1 & 2 students who require additional support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Functional Skills and be able to create engaging, tailored lessons that cater to the unique needs of each student. You will be responsible for bridging gaps in their education, boosting engagement and attainment levels, and ensuring that they reach their full potential.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
Job Requirements:
- Experience in teaching Functional Skills to students with Special Educational Needs
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and deliver effective tuition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Education or related field
