We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Support Assistant to join our Refugee Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and operational support functions to ensure the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Refugee Support team, including preparing reports, updating databases, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Analyse information and make informed decisions about action required.
  • Deal with external enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Support the team in achieving their objectives and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in an administrative role, preferably in a charity or non-profit organization.
  • Experience of working with vulnerable people and an understanding of issues relating to asylum seekers, refugees, and other vulnerable migrants.
  • Ability to remain neutral and respect clients' confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to plan and manage workloads efficiently.
  • IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
