About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team at HF Trust. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support services to adults with learning disabilities.

You will work closely with our Regional Service Managers to develop and implement care plans that promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence for our service users. Your expertise in CQC regulations and leadership skills will be essential in ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of care and support services to adults with learning disabilities
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence
  • Work closely with Regional Service Managers to ensure that services meet the highest standards
  • Manage the performance of your team and provide coaching and support as needed
Requirements
  • Experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilities
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or acceptable equivalent)
