Service Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to lead our Supported Living team in London. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of personal care to individuals in their own homes within the Barnet area.

About the Role

As a senior member of our team, you will promote and lead good practice at all times, ensuring the highest standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery. You will be responsible for managing the performance of your team, including their delivery of care and support which promotes dignity, wellbeing and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of personal care to individuals in their own homes
  • Manage the performance of your team, including their delivery of care and support
  • Promote and lead good practice at all times
  • Ensure the highest standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery

Requirements

  • Experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilities
  • Good IT skills and experience of maintaining records
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or acceptable equivalent)
