Service Manager Role Overview

HF Trust is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee our supported living service in the Barnet area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery, promoting independence and choice for the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support adults with complex learning disabilities in their own homes
  • Manage the performance of your team, including delivery of care and support that promotes dignity, wellbeing, and independence
  • Monitor, maintain, and provide the highest standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery
  • Act as an exemplary role model, promoting and leading good practice at all times

Requirements

  • Experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilities
  • Good IT skills and experience of maintaining records
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or acceptable equivalent)
  • Detailed knowledge of Health and Safety issues and Safeguarding regulations
