Job Title: Cancer Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cancer Services Manager to join our team at Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality cancer services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of cancer services strategies and plans
  • Manage and coordinate cancer services teams to ensure effective delivery of services
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Trust policies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in cancer services management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of cancer services policies and procedures
