  • Administer Individual Care & Support Agreements and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer and Care Assistant files and electronic records.
  • Ensure the computer system is always up to date and accurate.
  • Verify that all customer and Care Assistant documentation and electronic records are current.
  • Collaborate closely with the Field Care Supervisor to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures.
  • Assist with wages and invoice processing as needed.
  • Produce reports and management information as required.
