About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to join our team at HF Trust. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our supported living services, ensuring that individuals with learning disabilities receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the performance of your team, including their delivery of care and support that promotes dignity, wellbeing, and independence.
  • Monitor, maintain, and provide the highest standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery.
  • Act as an exemplary role model, promoting and leading good practice at all times.
  • Ensure that individuals with learning disabilities are satisfied with the level of support they receive.
Requirements
  • Experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilities.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or acceptable equivalent) OR ability to achieve this within 18 months of appointment.
