About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to join our team at Hft, a leading learning disability charity. As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of a supported living service, ensuring the highest standards of clinical and personal support are maintained.
  • Manage the performance of your team, including their delivery of care and support, which promotes dignity, wellbeing, and independence.
  • Work closely with the Regional Service Manager to coach, support, and manage staff teams effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes for individuals supported.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service provision.
Requirements
  • Experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilities.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or acceptable equivalent) or have the ability to achieve this within 18 months of appointment.
