About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to join our team at Hft, a leading learning disability charity. As a Service Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of a supported living service, ensuring the highest standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery.
  • Manage the performance of your team, including their delivery of care and support, which promotes dignity, wellbeing, and independence.
  • Monitor, maintain, and provide the highest standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery, while promoting independence and choice to the people supported in the service.
  • Act as an exemplary role model, promoting and leading good practice at all times, and ensuring that the people we support and their colleagues come to no harm.
Requirements
  • Experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilities.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations.
  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or acceptable equivalent) OR have the ability to achieve this within 18 months of appointment.
