Job Description

Firm Overview: UK-based real estate company revitalises urban retail and leisure properties, creating vibrant multi-use spaces.

We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented professional to manage lease transactions across our core properties, including top retail destinations in the UK.

What You'll Do:

  • Transaction Management: Use Deal Manager (DM) to streamline processes, track progress, and ensure deals are optimised for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Leasing Team Support: Collaborate closely with our leasing team, ensuring lead tracking, maintaining unit availability, and coordinating virtual viewings.
  • Process Improvement: Refine our systems, file protocols, and user guides to enhance team efficiency and operations.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure pipeline and transaction data is well-organised and accurate, providing a reliable resource for our team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Holds an LLB or GDL qualification with experience in leasing within a legal framework.
  • A highly organised professional who can manage tasks and collaborate across teams.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with talent for keeping projects on track.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and eagerness to learn new systems.

Estimated Salary Range: £45,000 per annum + discretionary bonus.
