Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer aircraft leasing contracts

  • Coordinate with other departments to gather and verify information
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts related to aircraft leases
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements related to leasing activities
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar experience
  • Minimum of 1+ years of A/R, contract administration or paralegal experience preferably in a large dollar value ticket environment
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
