About the Role

AWE is seeking a talented Industrial Engineering Apprentice to join our team. As an Industrial Engineering Apprentice, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing complex equipment, ensuring optimal plant and equipment availability.

You will perform a variety of machine tool lifecycle activities, including installation, breakdown support, servicing, and error mapping. You will develop skills on challenging bespoke projects across various facilities, supporting personal and professional career development.

This role requires a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices, with a focus on maintenance and repair of complex equipment. You must have an Engineering Apprenticeship with a minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent working experience. C&G (as appropriate)/ONC/HNC or above is desirable.

A competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on suitability and level of experience, is offered for this role.
