Your role as a Group Support Services Coordinator will cover all aspects of providing comprehensive and efficient personal assistance and administrative support. This includes managing correspondence, diaries, and emails for the relevant director(s), as well as coordinating meetings and preparing agendas. You will be the first point of contact for the team, acting as an ambassador for the Group Support Services Directorate.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the director's correspondence and diary
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Act as the first point of contact for the team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to work well under pressure. You will also need to have experience working in a busy office environment and be able to maintain confidentiality.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
