Job Description

\

We are seeking a Support Services Coordinator to join our team in London. As a Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating support services for our customers, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

\

Key Responsibilities

\
  • Coordinating support services for customers, including arranging appointments and meetings.
  • Working with customers to identify and achieve their goals, using SMART goal planning techniques.
  • Co-producing bespoke support plans with customers, involving key stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Organising and carrying out regular planned reviews of support plans, or following an incident/significant change in a customer's circumstances.

Requirements

\
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults, including those with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
