Job Description

As a Child and Family Support Specialist at Northamptonshire Children's Trust, you will be responsible for providing expert social work support to children, young people, and families across the county.

You will work closely with local communities, schools, and other stakeholders to identify and address the needs of vulnerable children and families.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong background in children and families social work
  • Proven ability to build professional relationships with children and families
  • Experience of developing and implementing effective safeguarding plans

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience), including a welcome bonus, retention payments, free parking, and a subsidized pension scheme.
