Make a Difference in Child Welfare

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our safeguarding team in Northamptonshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in protecting and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing interventions to safeguard children and support families in crisis. You will work collaboratively with various professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for the children in your care.

We value effective communication and believe that strong relationships are essential for success in this role.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience), as well as a range of benefits, including:

  • Up to £6,000 recruitment bonus
  • Up to £8,000 towards relocation
  • Generous annual leave allowance of 28 days, plus 8 Bank Holidays (pro rata for part-time) and an additional 5 days after 5 years' service
