Job Title: Director Brand Management EMEA

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director Brand Management EMEA to join our team. As a key member of our Brand Management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive business growth and commercial success in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement brand strategies to maximize growth and commercial success in the EMEA region.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and preferences.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand plans, including marketing, sales, and product development.
  4. Manage and maintain brand standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across the region.
  5. Develop and implement brand activation plans to drive engagement and loyalty among customers.
  6. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  7. Provide leadership and guidance to the Brand Management team to ensure successful execution of brand strategies.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
  6. Advanced level of business English (verbal and written).
