Brand Performance Manager

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead the Brand Performance Support team in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to General Managers, hotel leadership teams, and hotel teams across various aspects of hotel operations, revenue generation, sales, guest loyalty, and enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide front-line support to hotel teams and corporate stakeholders on inquiries related to brand standards, commercial topics, operational topics, and IT.
- Lead a team in reviewing hotel performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to senior leadership and hotels.
- Develop, train, and implement scalable brand programs, procedures, tools, and initiatives to enhance BPS services and internal processes.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure seamless support and communication across hotel operations and revenue generation.
- Stay up-to-date with brand positioning, services, and quality measures, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
- Proven leadership and team management experience in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills to evaluate business information and translate data into actionable insights.
- Commercial and operational understanding and experience, with a focus on brand performance and revenue generation.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with Power BI and Data Analytics is preferred.
