Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Brand Performance Manager to join our EMEA Brand Performance Support team. As a key member of our team, you'll act as the front-line contact and response on questions related to brand standards, commercial tools, operational topics, IT, and brand initiatives. Your responsibilities will include answering calls, emails, and chats on topics raised by our business partners (hotels), conducting educational webinars, and providing 1-on-1 sessions with hotel leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer calls, emails, and chats on brand-related topics and provide support to hotels
  • Conduct educational webinars and 1-on-1 sessions with hotel leadership
  • Follow up on waiver applications and support hotel communications
  • Develop self-service tools to maximize key performance indicators on our brand health scorecard
  • Prepare daily reports on interactions and tasks to track progress and allocate follow-up actions
  • Proactively review hotel performance on a weekly and monthly basis to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Commercial understanding and experience with analytical skills to evaluate data and translate it into knowledge and action
  • Substantial hotel experience with previous experience as a manager/supervisor in departments such as Front Office, Operations Manager, Conference & Events, Sales
  • Fluent English language skills (speaking and writing) and additional language and cultural awareness
  • Experience using MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability to travel within the EMEA region as needed
