Job Title: Director Government Affairs EMEA

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director Government Affairs EMEA to join our global government affairs team.

Job Summary:

The Director Government Affairs EMEA will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact governmental advocacy campaigns to advance our policy priorities in the EMEA region. This role will require strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute high-impact governmental advocacy campaigns to advance our policy priorities in the EMEA region.
  • Analyse policy developments and parliamentary activity to inform colleagues of developments around key company priorities and develop a course of action accordingly.
  • Support our UK hotels in their engagements with local decision makers.
  • Represent Hilton at relevant meetings, events, and conferences on key policy areas.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in government affairs, ideally in an in-house, representative/trade body, or agency position.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree in Law, Politics, International Relations, or European Studies.
  • Significant experience in government affairs, ideally in an in-house, representative/trade body, or agency position.
  • Second/Third language.
