Frazer Jones is seeking a skilled EMEA Payroll Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for an experienced payroll professional with a strong background in international payroll and fluency in French.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processes for multiple countries within the EMEA region, including the UK.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with local regulations.
  • Work independently and efficiently, handling payroll operations with minimal supervision.
  • Utilize ADP payroll systems and other relevant tools to manage and process payroll data.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve any payroll-related issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy in all payroll transactions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (essential).
  • Proven experience in international payroll, including UK and EMEA regions.
  • Ability to start on short notice.
  • Experience with ADP payroll systems.
  • Capable of working autonomously and managing payroll functions efficiently.
  • Flexible to work from the office 1 day per week.
