Company Overview:
Frazer Jones is seeking a skilled EMEA Payroll Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for an experienced payroll professional with a strong background in international payroll and fluency in French.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processes for multiple countries within the EMEA region, including the UK.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with local regulations.
- Work independently and efficiently, handling payroll operations with minimal supervision.
- Utilize ADP payroll systems and other relevant tools to manage and process payroll data.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve any payroll-related issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy in all payroll transactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (essential).
- Proven experience in international payroll, including UK and EMEA regions.
- Ability to start on short notice.
- Experience with ADP payroll systems.
- Capable of working autonomously and managing payroll functions efficiently.
- Flexible to work from the office 1 day per week.
