Join Our ESG Team

Hilton is committed to driving responsible travel and tourism globally, and our ESG team is at the forefront of this effort. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our hotels and stakeholders in achieving our sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support hotels in implementing our Travel with Purpose Pledges program to drive performance in EMEA.
  • Develop and distribute monthly and quarterly communications to EMEA ESG teams, hotels, and corporate partners.
  • Coordinate events and initiatives across EMEA to promote our Travel with Purpose initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of ESG performance analytics and dashboards.
  • Support internal ESG requests from EMEA stakeholders and collaborate with teams to develop solutions.

Requirements:

  • Current Bachelor's or Master's student with a 12-month placement as part of your degree.
  • Studying Environmental Studies, Geography, Sustainability, Environmental Management, International Development, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Passionate about sustainability and social impact.
  • Resilient mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IT skills, including Excel and PowerBi knowledge.
