Main Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct patients, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Manage patient appointments, including booking, cancelling, and moving appointments as needed.
  • Handle patient correspondence, including letters and forms.
  • Provide information and support to patients, addressing their concerns and queries.
  • Assist GPs with their requests, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Refer patients to local domiciliary services, promoting a holistic approach to care.
  • Manage incoming emails and faxes, adhering to practice procedures.
