Job Description

As a Care Team Leader at Runwood Homes, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care to our residents. You'll work closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and provide individualised care that promotes residents' independence and dignity.
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to ensure they maintain the highest care standards.
  • Support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous
- Expertise in dementia care
- Proven leadership skills and experience of leading teams to deliver exceptional care
