Bank Night Care Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader who excels in person-centred care planning, possesses expertise in dementia care, and has experience of leading teams to deliver exceptional care. The ideal candidate will have outstanding organisational skills and be competent in building strong relationships with colleagues and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Lead a team of Care Assistants to ensure they maintain the highest care standards.
- Support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous
- Expertise in dementia care
- Proven leadership skills and experience of leading teams to deliver exceptional care
