Adult Care Night Team Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic Adult Care Night Team Coordinator who excels in person-centred care planning, possesses expertise in dementia care, and has experience of leading teams to deliver exceptional care.
This role requires you to lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they keep up with the highest care standards. You will also support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, giving physical, social, and emotional care to residents.
We offer comprehensive induction and ongoing training, free DBS check, uniform, and funding towards obtaining NVQ Level 1 and 2 in Health and Social Care.

Holding an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £38,000, depending on location.
