Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administration and financial services in accordance with agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, best practices, and financial plans.
  • Formulate an annual planner of billing dates and alerts for meetings to ensure compliance levels meet CQC and local authority requirements.
  • Monitor branch compliance in conjunction with the Registered Manager to ensure contractual and regulatory expectations are met.
  • Prioritise actions to rectify compliance issues in a timely manner and maintain high compliance levels.

The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Previous experience in a compliance role is essential.

Requirements:
  • Organisational skills to maintain documentation in line with company policies and procedures.
  • A valid car driver's license.
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, flexible working hours, pension contribution, free DBS check.
