Night Care Team Leader

We are seeking a Night Care Supervisor to join our team at our luxury care and nursing home in Highgate. As a key member of our night shift team, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding a small team of care assistants, organising the team and leading by example.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have experience in care and an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. A recognised medication administration qualification is also desirable. They will be able to deal with challenging situations and demonstrate assertiveness and confidence.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and reviewing residents' care plans, ensuring they are adhered to by all team members. The Night Care Supervisor will also be responsible for recording and reporting residents' daily progress accurately. Additionally, they may be required to perform care assistant duties with residents as needed.
As part of our team, you will be expected to maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even in emergency situations. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure the highest standard of care for our residents.
