The ideal candidate will have expertise in person-centred care planning and possess experience of leading teams to deliver exceptional care. This role offers opportunities for career progression within the company.

Holding an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.

We offer comprehensive induction and ongoing training, free DBS check, uniform, and funding towards obtaining NVQ Level 1 and 2 in Health and Social Care.

This role requires you to lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they keep up with the highest care standards. You will also support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, giving physical, social, and emotional care to residents.

We prioritise the professional development of our staff by investing in internal, external, and e-training programs. This ensures our team is equipped to provide high-quality care to our residents.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £35,000 per annum, depending on location.
