Team Leader Supported Living
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Supported Living team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to tenants while managing all activities, resources, people, and information associated with this area of the business.
The key objective of the role is to ensure that the needs of Service Users are being met in accordance with their individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement service plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each tenant.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support services are provided.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A degree in social work or a related field.
- Proven experience in leadership and management positions within the social care sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong understanding of the principles of supported living and person-centered care.
