About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Care Team Leader. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care are maintained at all times.

Your focus will be on providing exceptional care to our residents, undertaking tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also advise families and GPs of any changes in resident condition, keeping them informed and involved in care choices.

You will have a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration, with a minimum of 2 years' experience and up-to-date knowledge of care, supported by relevant post-basic studies/qualification. Good interpersonal skills, the ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities, and sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application are essential.

As a Care Team Leader, you will work closely with our care team to provide high-quality care through accurate assessment and planning. You will also be responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of staff within the care team.
