Home Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Home Care Manager to join our team at RCH Care Homes. In this role, you will earn an estimated salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
About the Role:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the care home.
- Maintain high standards of care and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with external agencies to promote resident well-being.
- Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans that cater to individual resident needs.
- Maintain accurate records, including care files and risk assessments.
- Conduct regular fire drills and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Schedule and lead staff meetings to discuss ongoing improvements and initiatives.
- Attend to administrative duties, including payroll, HR, and maintenance tasks.
