Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and foster customer loyalty through a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Handle and resolve any guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide guests with a single point of contact throughout their stay.
  • Work in the lobby and assist guests at any stage of their stay, from check-in to check-out.
  • Support the Reservations Team Member and Back Office Experts as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous relevant experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the business.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
