About the Role


The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a high level of dedication and commitment.



Job Description


As a Guest Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional service experience. This includes being attentive to their needs, providing clear information about our services, and resolving any issues promptly.



Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the way as a multifaceted leader who can effectively manage teams across various locations.
  • Distribute meals and drinks to guests and check quantities and presentation based on the order taken.
  • Clean and lay tables and check the state and cleanliness of crockery, cutlery, and glasses.
  • Ensure full knowledge of the menu and services available to Guests with the incorporation of the Good to Great 5 basics on the daily routine.
  • Provide a high level of guest comfort and service following Good to Great guidelines.
  • Ensure the service regulations of the hotel are applied.
  • Prepare the restaurant/bar and breakfast buffet.
  • Prepare the restaurant dinner buffet included presentation and food quality.
  • Maintain good working relationships with other hotel departments and team.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need:




  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Previous hotel experience in a similar role (desired).
  • Guest-oriented service-minded and attentive to details.
  • Well-organized.
  • Team spirit.
