Hospitality Service Representative Multi-Site

Accor, a leading hospitality company, is seeking a skilled Hospitality Service Representative Multi-Site to join their team.
About the RoleThis role involves delivering exceptional service to guests in various settings, including restaurants, meeting rooms, breakfast areas, bars, and patios. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high standard of welcome and waiter service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities- Taking Orders and Maximizing Sales: Perform tasks related to order taking, maximize sales opportunities by offering products and engaging in suggestive selling. Ensure accuracy by repeating orders to guests.
- Order Processing and Delivery: Take orders and send them to kitchen staff via the POS system. Deliver orders promptly to the kitchen production area.
- Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service. Check ordered meals on collection from the kitchen and deliver to guests promptly to maintain temperature and appearance.
- Table and Service Area Maintenance: Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy as per procedure manual.
- Room Service Operations: When working in Room Service, answer the telephone promptly and maximize sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling. Ensure room service trays and trolleys are set up correctly and collected promptly when guests have finished.
- Safe Work Practices: Actively participate in safe work practices and procedures in the workplace, use equipment safely.
- Emergency Procedures: Fully understand departmental fire, evacuation, and emergency procedures.
- Reporting Accidents and Hazards: Report all accidents/incidents on the appropriate workplace register and support injured employee rehabilitation. Report any health or safety hazards to your Supervisor.
- Providing Exceptional Service: Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests, making every guest experience positive.
- Problem Solving: Take a positive problem-solving approach with guest problems and concerns, calling the Manager on Duty if difficulties arise.
- Selling Hotel Facilities and Services: Actively sell and promote hotel facilities and services.
- Previous Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Fitness for Purpose: Be physically fit and able to perform tasks requiring physical stamina.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, including teamwork abilities and attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000, depending on location and experience.
