Scientific Innovation Lead

Abbott's Diabetes Care business is at the forefront of designing, developing and manufacturing leading-edge glucose monitoring systems and test strips for use in both home and hospital settings.
We have launched a revolutionary monitoring system that significantly improves how people with diabetes around the world monitor their glucose levels. Our mission is to improve the quality of people's lives through innovative healthcare solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
To be successful, you will ideally possess a degree in a scientific discipline and bring experience of working with sterility assurance compliance. Additionally, you should have a strong desire to learn and develop professionally. You will collaborate closely within R&D and with quality, operations and engineering functions in the UK, Ireland, and the US.
In exchange for your expertise, you can expect a highly competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Abbott offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes a defined-contribution pension scheme, a share ownership scheme, private healthcare, life assurance, and a flexible benefits scheme tailored to your individual needs.
