About the Role

As a key member of our Environmental Monitoring Group, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanroom monitoring activities are completed to maintain sterility assurance levels. Your duties will include performing routine environmental monitoring of clean rooms, conducting particle counts, microbial sampling, and other tests to assess clean room conditions.

To ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory standards, you will document and report findings accurately, maintaining detailed records of all monitoring activities. You will collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to address any deviations or issues, calibrate and maintain monitoring equipment, and participate in internal and external audits.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist in the development and implementation of clean room protocols and procedures, train and mentor manufacturing personnel on clean room best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our clean room operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a scientific subject or equivalent experience in an ISO cleanroom environment. Excellent attention to detail, logical problem-solving, prioritization, and adaptability are essential skills for this position. Good hands-on practical skills, IT skills (Excel and PowerPoint), and ability to communicate and build relationships with teams are also required.
