Job Summary:
As a Senior Technologist I at Abbott Laboratories, you will be responsible for leading validation requirements, creating documents, ensuring industry standards and regulatory compliance, and providing process development and characterization support. Your primary goal is to work with cross-functional teams to support new product introduction.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive validation documents, including plans, protocols, reports, and FMEA.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory guidelines to maintain high-quality products.
• Collaborate with various teams to provide process development and characterization support for new sensor products.
• Assist in investigations during new product introduction and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or Engineering field.
• Prior experience in process validation (OQ/PQ) is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail, logical problem-solving, project prioritization, and adaptability are necessary for success in this role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Good hands-on practical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are also desired.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
