Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Technologist I at Abbott Laboratories. In this role, you will be responsible for leading validation requirements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing process development and characterization support. Your primary goal is to work with cross-functional teams to support new product introduction and drive innovation within our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective validation strategies to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new sensor products, ensuring they meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful product launches and timely resolution of issues.
• Participate in investigations and troubleshooting to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or Engineering field.
• Prior experience in process validation (OQ/PQ) and regulatory compliance is essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Good hands-on practical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are also desirable.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
