Nursing Home Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead Vacancy:

Purosearch Ltd has a new requirement for a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager to join the management team at our renowned nursing home in Witney. This clinical lead post involves overseeing all care delivery in an amazing nursing home, boasting excellent facilities including en suite rooms and beautifully presented surroundings. The home delivers general nursing elderly care and dementia care.

Key Requirements:
  1. Degree in Nursing (e.g., BSc Nursing) or equivalent qualification.
  2. Valid NMC registration and RN pin number.
  3. Proven experience as a Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager or similar role.
  4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
