Care Home Clinical Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our care home team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our clinical team and ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care.
About Us

The annual salary for this position is approximately £40,000 - £55,000, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension contributions, uniform provision, and DBS check reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the clinical team and oversee the delivery of high-quality care.
- Develop and implement effective budgetary and financial controls.
- Manage human resources and ensure the well-being of colleagues.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
- Significant experience working within the healthcare sector.
- Proven management/leadership skills and qualifications.
- NMC registration with active PIN.
