With a strong commitment to manufacturing and innovation, we're expanding our team with a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Quality Engineer in Calibration to join our growing highly skilled team.

This key role will lead a team of Quality professionals, managing applicable Quality System requirements within the QA functional area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with corporate, divisional, and regulatory standards.

The core responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing calibration processes: Overseeing equipment calibration to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Team leadership: Supervising and mentoring a team in calibration, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
  • Quality assurance: Ensuring efficient and effective calibration activities, minimizing equipment downtime and ensuring accurate measurements.
  • Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of calibration activities, including test results, calibration certificates, and compliance reports.
  • Continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing changes to improve calibration procedures and team performance.
  • Customer interaction: Coordinating with stakeholders to understand calibration needs, providing updates on calibration status, and addressing issues or concerns.
