About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Oban. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have a great shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip.
  • Take the initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers.
  • Work well within a team and communicate openly with others.
  • Be at work on time, well presented and ready to be a brand ambassador.
