Store Manager – Premium Retail Brand

Location: Oban

Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 per annum + Benefits (including bonus)

Employment Type: Full-time

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team in a prestigious, family-owned premium retailer in Oban.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management, a strong track record of meeting sales targets, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including staffing and customer service delivery.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and maintain brand excellence.
  • Open and close the store while managing security and operational procedures.
  • Work within company targets to achieve financial goals for the store.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and customer-centric team.
  • Manage in-store merchandising, stock levels, and visual presentation in line with brand standards.
  • Track and drive performance across sales and KPIs, ensuring maximum productivity.

  • Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a 1-2-1 service environment.
  • Strong track record of meeting sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Adaptable, energetic, and passionate about driving store performance.
  • Commercially minded, able to make quick decisions, and responsive to change.
