About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Procurement Assistant to join our team. As a Procurement Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the procurement function and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Supporting Procurement Activities: Support a variety of procurement activities, such as RFx, contracts, and supplier onboarding.
  2. Building Relationships: Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry, report preparation, and meeting scheduling.
  3. Procurement Systems Expertise: Gain familiarity with and become the expert on all procurement systems. Assist senior buyers in providing support and training to key stakeholders in using the various procurement systems.
  4. Supplier Evaluation and Selection: Assist in conducting supplier evaluations to ensure the selection of high-quality vendors.
  5. Data Analysis: Support the procurement leadership with analysis of data to support category strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: 1-2 years of experience in an admin role, such as purchasing, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, organized, and able to work on multiple projects at one time.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
